Poland offers a seasonal work permit program for non-EU citizens who want to work in Poland for a limited period of time. This program allows individuals to work in specific industries, such as agriculture, tourism, and hospitality, for a maximum of 9 months per year.
Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for the seasonal work permit program, applicants must have a job offer from a Polish employer, have the necessary qualifications and skills, and meet certain health and security requirements. Additionally, the employer must obtain a permit from the local authorities before the employee can start working.
It’s important to note that the seasonal work permit program does not provide a path to permanent residence in Poland and is intended for temporary employment only.
